Postural Reprogramming

The posturologist performs a series of tests and measurements to assess your posture at a given moment. This also allows them to determine which sensors they need to work on.

Then begins the postural reprogramming itself, during which the posturologist corrects the faulty sensors. Using, for example, postural insoles or a magnet to act on the asymmetry of your eyes.

Osteopathy and posturology are complementary. Osteopathy helps your body adapt to its flaws, where posturology allows it to work directly on them.

What is posturology?

“If the individual stands upright in space, if he positions himself in relation to his environment, and if he balances in movement, it’s thanks to his postural system.

The inner ear is one of the fundamental elements of this system, but it is not the only one. Numerous scientific studies carried out in recent years confirm it: the postural system has different inputs or ‘sensors’. Two of these inputs dominate: the foot and the eye. The inner ear, the jaws, and proprioception are also sensors studied in posturology. They transmit sensory information to the central nervous system.

Posturology focuses on the study of these sensors.”
